When the Newbury Hall was shifted across the road next to the Newbury School, it required a new effluent system. To avoid using too much land for effluent disposal, I designed a timer controlled LPED dosing system which held the peak flow in a 'Uniclear' 25,000 litre septic tank fitted with an OSI pump vault which slowly dosed the filtered effluent into a 100 square metre disposal area at a rate the ground could absorb and treat.
